Final Harvest
Final Harvest is a ladies trio based in Rochester, NY and they still have dates available for 2017!!!! The message of Final Harvest: God will send to His Church an unquenchable fire. The wind of the Holy Spirit will cause it to burn hotter than on the day of Pentecost, and spread rapidly. It will spread with fury and devour all that is not holy. Then He will send the latter rain, wash away the dross, refresh and make new. The Glory of the Lord will be seen by the entire world and manifested through His Church. There begins the end time harvest.

Pennsylvania has long been a hotbed for Southern Gospel Music.  Along with several major Southern Gospel Events throughout the state every year, there are a number of Southern Gospel Groups and Artists that make their home in Pennsylvania.  One of those groups is Brothers In Grace.  I met this group shortly after I moved to Pennsylvania in 1998 and I have enjoyed their music since then.  Their latest project is titled "Good Morning" and it is a great collection of quartet songs that you will enjoy.

The project begins with a great a cappella arrangement of the chorus of "Revive Us Again."  That leads us right into a familiar song titled "Gotta Go Back."  I have always enjoyed this song and Brothers In Grace does an outstanding job singing this one.  "Getcha To The Other Side" is the next song on the project.  This old Kingsmen song celebrates crossing over to Glory and is always enjoyable.  The title song of the project is next and "Good Morning" is another song celebrating our arrival in Heaven and what it might be like.

One of my all time favorite songs in Southern Gospel Music is "Somebody Touched The Lord."  I love this song which is essentially about the power of prayer.  This version is very enjoyable.  When it comes to classic songs in Southern Gospel Music that feature the bass singer they don't get any better then the next two songs.  "God Made A Way" and "Happy Rhythm" are both classics in Southern Gospel Music and hearing both of them by Brothers In Grace is great!

The classic songs keep coming as Brothers in Grace sing "Glory Road" next.  I have probably heard at least 100 different versions of this song over the years and Brothers In Grace have a very good one.  "Peace In The Valley" is a song that has bringing encouragement to Christians for a long, long time.  That is the next song on the project and it another good effort.  The next song is one of those songs that I had not heard in a long time.  The song is titled "Gone" and, of course, it is the great song that was sung several years ago by Teddy Huffam and the Gems.  The song is a great celebration of the resurrection of Christ!  The final song on the project is "He's Coming Back."  This is another song about the return of Christ and is another great quartet song!

Brothers In Grace have always been a solid quartet and I have heard them get better and better over the years.  This latest project is quite possibly the best I have ever heard from them.  I enjoyed all of the songs and the performances and production are both very good.  My favorite songs from this project are "Gotta Go Back," "Glory Road" and "He's Coming Back."  The project is a very good quartet project and I recommend it for anyone who enjoyed traditional Southern Gospel Male Quartet singing.  For more information on Brothers In Grace, visit their website at
