Final Harvest is a ladies trio based in Rochester, NY and they still have dates available for 2017!!!! The message of Final Harvest: God will send to His Church an unquenchable fire. The wind of the Holy Spirit will cause it to burn hotter than on the day of Pentecost, and spread rapidly. It will spread with fury and devour all that is not holy. Then He will send the latter rain, wash away the dross, refresh and make new. The Glory of the Lord will be seen by the entire world and manifested through His Church. Sarah Delane Named To PPM Board Of Directors PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 02 July 2013 21:43

Sarah DelaneInternationally known female vocalist and missionary, Sarah DeLane (pictured in attached jpg)  was recently named as a member of the Board of Directors for Pioneering with Passion Ministries (PPM), the international relief organization, which provides food and necessities to the Karen refugees in Southeast Asia.

The Karen are a minority group in Burma and Thailand who have been brutalized by the Burmese Army since 1949. This civil war is the longest in modern world history and is what some experts declare to be the worst humanitarian crisis in Southeast Asia. The Burmese Army has systematically and savagely attacked Karen villages over the past 64 years, burning homes, kidnapping all ages to be slaves, and killing thousands. This has left countless children orphans. Constantly hiding in the jungle from the Burmese Army, and with nowhere to go, the Karen people are always on the run. Many have died from disease, hunger, ruthless attacks and stepping on landmines. Thousands have fled into Thailand seeking refuge. Even as Burma/Myanmar begins to open to the outside world, the situation remains desperate for these precious Karen people.

Pioneering with Passion Ministries (PPM) is bringing hope to hidden, extreme loss, refugees in isolated areas. Currently providing for over 5,000 hurting Karen refugees, PPM recognizes these precious people are in both physical and spiritual need. PPM was launched in September, 2011, and has exploded with growth since, now supporting 10 refugee camps and nine orphanages. PPM’s three full-time missionaries have 35 combined years of experience on the field in Southeast Asia and have led hundreds of teams to eight different countries in the region. PPM believes that only Jesus can bring healing, restoration, and hope to the Karen people. The heart of PPM is pioneering evangelism - to find and discover these traumatized people, who have never before heard the name of Jesus. PPM’s ministry goes beyond simply just humanitarian aid. They long to see lives transformed by Jesus’ love. “I am so honored to be a part of this great ministry,” Sarah DeLane states. Sarah travels to Asia multiple times each year from her home in Nashville, TN, to share the message of the Gospel to those who have never heard it. On each trip to Thailand she works directly with PPM to meet the needs of the Karen people. ”PPM is continuing to say yes to families who are literally starving in the jungle. They have a great need, not only for physical food, but spiritual food, as well.”

Dixie Melody Boys Announce New Lead Singer PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 02 July 2013 21:30

Dixie Melody BoysWith the departure of lead vocalist, Mike Rogers, The Dixie Melody Boys have been searching for the last few weeks for a new lead singer. After receiving over 300 resumes and audition tapes from throughout the US, as well as three foreign countries, Ed O’Neal has announced the name of the quartet’s newest member. He is 18-year-old Birmingham AL native, Austin Foster.

“We listened to each demo and prayed that God would send us the right fit for where the group is headed. There were so many great singers, and many already established names in Gospel music, so it was hard to narrow the list,” stated DMB tenor, Matt Felts. “We thank Josh Garner, who filled in for the group during that process. Having Josh made things so much easier for us. It allowed us the freedom to take our time in making the decision. We narrowed the 300 applicants down to 10 and met with the final group. Each one brought something completely different and special to the table. We took a different approach than usual and had the men spend the day with us and all go to lunch together. It was a great way to get to know them a little better.”

Mark 209 Releases New Radio Single PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 02 July 2013 21:22

Mark 209Gospel music mainstay MARK209 celebrates the release of their new radio single "It Takes Faith."

MARK209 has been referred to by some music business insiders as “The best group you have probably never heard."  With the release of "It Takes Faith," they hope to change that.  “It Takes Faith” was written by Kenna Turner West who is one of the most prolific gospel songwriters of today.

The apostle James said in James 2:17, “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.”  In “It Takes Faith” we feel Kenna has done a wonderful job putting the theme of this scripture to song.

Not only has MARK209 gotten a great song from a great writer, but they have utilized some of the best musicians in Nashville.  The rhythm section is comprised mostly of the band members of country legend, Ronnie Millsap.  The musicians playing on this song consist of on Guitars: Bruce Dees (played on over 70 #1 country records), Jamie Brantley (Ronnie Millsap’s lead guitar player, bandleader, and music director), Kerry Marx (member of the staff band at the Grand Ole Opry, and was guitar player on the TV show, Nashville Now); Bass Guitar: Steve Brantley (played with James Brown, Dave Loggins and Gary Morris); Piano and B3 Organ: Adam Hampton (keyboard player for Ronnie Milsap); Drums: Rodney Edmondson (drummer for Ronnie Milsap); Harmonica and Fiddle: David Johnson.  Recording Engineers are Jamie Brantley and Kerry West (Ronnie Millsap’s sound engineer) and the project is co-produced by Billy Coren and Jamie Brantley.
