Shannon Bunch Releases New Project

Shannon Bunch will release a brand new album Friday, September 5, 2008 entitled My Sunday Best. This is Shannon’s 8th solo recording and was produced by Brian Eckert of Verge Studio (Nashville, TN) and Shannon. This 10 song album was inspired by Shannon’s concert “request segments”. Most often the second half of any Shannon Bunch concert finds him at a piano taking requests from the crowd. This has become the identifying and defining aspect of his career. Shannon says, “I never really thought much about taking requests during concert. While the crowd sits in amazement of my memory of song lyrics, I am just having plain ole fun! To me this segment of the concert is just about my heritage which is filled with songs that have encouraged the church for many, many years.” My Sunday Best will fill your ears with familiar tunes and your thoughts with faith, family and fond memories. This album as well as any Shannon Bunch music is available now for download via www.shannonbunch.com.  The internet home for www.shannonbunch.com has finally received a much needed makeover. Shannon shared, “Let’s just say, if there was a television show for websites this would definitely be an EXTREME MAKEOVER.” Long-time friend of the ministry, Charles Myrick from my hometown in Barbourville, KY took the reins once again as webmaster and delivered the most commercial design this website has ever seen. Many aspects have been streamlined for easier navigation, while new features have been added.
