Daywind Celebrates Stellar Night At Fan Awards Print

Hendersonville, TN (Sept. 17, 2008) – Daywind Records celebrated an exciting and rewarding evening with their incredible family of artists on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, in Louisville, KY. The Singing News held its annual Fan Awards during the National Quartet Convention in Freedom Hall on Saturday evening, and Daywind artists took home 13 awards in all.

Recipients included Jeff Stice (Triumphant Quartet) for Favorite Musician, Nick Trammell (Perrys) for Favorite Young Artist, Gerald Wolfe (Greater Vision) for Favorite Male Vocalist, Jeremy Lile (Brian Free and Assurance) for Horizon Individual, Michael Booth (Booth Brothers) for Favorite Tenor, Ronnie Booth (Booth Brothers) for Favorite Lead, Rodney Griffin (Greater Vision) for Favorite Baritone and Favorite Songwriter, Legacy Five for Favorite Male Quartet, and the Booth Brothers for Favorite Trio and Favorite Artist. The Booth Brothers also received Favorite Album (Carry On) and Favorite Song of the Year (“Look For Me”).
