Phil Cross ProjectArden, NC- Southern Gospel’s multi-talented writer, producer and performer, Phil Cross, releases his anthology of hits this month titled Phil Cross, Gospel Songwriter: The First 25 Years. As one of the most recorded songwriters in Southern Gospel today, Phil has left the genre with a long list of recordings that have been popularized by the top groups in the field. The exciting aspect of this release is that it includes 20 of Phil’s hits re-recorded by Phil and these top gospel artists. Highlights include Welcome to Heaven, with Ivan Parker; Miracle in Me with The Greens; and Champion of Love with Legacy Five. Phil tells us, “It is such an honor and blessing for me to have the opportunity to re-release these songs with the help of my dearest friends. I am humbled by the success they have had over the years and hope they will continue to touch the lives of listeners.”

Crossroads executive Chris White states, “I have listened to the CD over and over in my car and that is very unusual for me to do but with this project being full of so many incredible performances, it is hard not to. I believe this is a release that will become a true classic.”
