The latest project from the Watkins Family is a fine effort with 14 songs on the project!  The project is titled "Darkness Wept" and we just received it for review here at our offices.

"I'll Look To Him" reminds us to look to God in times of trouble.  The title song, "Darkness Wept" is the next song and it is a very moving song.  "You Can't Wash Your Hand Free" is a more up tempo song and the message is a very good one.  "Jesus Is My Lord" is the next song and it is a very good effort from the Watkins Family.

"Letters In Red" is the next song on the project and it is followed by "Seasoned Silver Warrior."  The song is a great effort from this family with a great message.  "First Drop Of Rain" a very fast song that everyone listening will enjoy.

"He's Still God" continues the up tempo songs and it is another very enjoyable song.  "Love Stood Alone" is another beautiful song from the Watkins Family and you will love the message in this song.  "Roll Back The Stone" is the next song on the project and it leads right to "Rugged Cross On A Hilltop."  That is a beautiful song that really showcases the story of Calvary.  Great song!

"Peace Be Still" is another up tempo song and the Watkins Family seems to have a style all of their own on these types of songs.  "Someday" is the next song and it's a beautiful arrangement of this great song.  The final song on this project is "Round The Last Turn."

The Watkins Family has a great deal of talent in their group.  The project is a nice mix of songs and great production work.  My favorite songs from this project are "Rugged Cross On A Hilltop," "Seasoned Silver Warrior" and "Jesus Is My Lord."  It's a fine effort from the Watkins Family and you should take some time to listen!  For more information, visit www.watkinsfamilymusic.com.
