It has been a few years since I first discovered the Crist Family but I became instant fans and I have grown to love their music and the members of the group even more.  The latest project from the Crist Family is simply awesome.  I cannot imagine it getting any better than this.

"There Is A Savior" is a beautiful song that starts off the project with a great a cappella song.  "If The Rocks Could Talk" is an up beat song that is written by Rebecca Peck.  The song is outstanding.  "Heaven To Me" is another wonderful song that seems to be written for the Crist Family to sing.  The message is awesome in this song as well.

"Lift Up The Cross" is another Rebecca Peck song and, as is the case with all of her songs, the message is a profound and strong one.  "Wonder Working Power" reminds us of the power in God's Blood!  "For Every Whosoever Will" reminds us that God's Grace is available for every single person who seeks it!  "He Gets Sweeter To Me" is a song the Nelons recorded a few years ago and I enjoyed it then but I also love the version that the Crist Family has recorded! 

The title cut and first single is next.  "Livin' With The Light On" is an upbeat song with tremendous appeal.  It also has a great reminder that we should all be living with God's light shining through!  "We Have A Hope" is a great song about the hope we have in Jesus!  "Big Hallelujah" is the final song on the project and I would like to give a "Big Hallelujah" to this great project!

As I said before, I am a huge fan of the Crist Family.  The group is phenomenally talented and I could listen to them sing hour after hour.  The Crist Family has another great project with "Livin' With The Light On."  The project has great songs, great singing, great production and great instrumentals ... that my friends is the recipe for a great project!  My favorite songs are "Livin' With The Light On," "If The Rocks Could Talk" and "He Gets Sweeter To Me."  The project is one of the best of 2007 and you need to get a copy as soon as you can!  For more information on the Crist Family, visit www.cristfamilymusic.com.
