We get a lot of music sent to us for review here at the Southern Gospel Music Forum.  Not all of what we get is Southern Gospel Music and every once in a while we get music from an artist who is just so talented that we cannot ignore it even though the style may not be Southern Gospel Music.  Zandra Brown is one of those people with that kind of talent.  This project does have some Southern Gospel Music ties.  Many people reading this will remember Hope's Call.  Donna Beauvais is the co-producer of the project and background vocals were performed by Eddie and Jessica Harrison.  All three of those people were members of Hope's Call.

Zandra's project begins with "Your Love Is A Prayer Break Through" and this upbeat song is a great start to this project.  Next comes a slow melody titled "You Never Change."  This song reminds us that God never changes no matter what happens in this world and in our lives.  I love the next song titled "Keeping The Faith."  Zandra delivers an awesome song here reminding us to keep our faith in God when times are tough and always!  "Amazing God" is the next song on the project and this song proclaims that we will lift the name of our Amazing God!

"Since He Saved Me" is a song that speaks of the change in our lives since Christ Saved us.  The next song is "I Can't Turn Back Now."  This song is a wonderful song about the Christian's walk with Christ.  "Raise The Name Of God" is a great song of worship and praise to Christ as it encourages the listener to Raise The Name Of God.  The final song on the project is "You're So Lovely."  This is a beautiful song that focuses on walking with and serving God.

Zandra Brown is talented in many ways.  Her vocal abilities are showcased very well on this project.  Zandra also wrote or co-wrote every song on this recording.  As I already mentioned, this project is not Southern Gospel Music.  It has twelve great songs that will bless you and several songs that will be enjoyed by Southern Gospel fans.  My favorite songs from the project are "Keeping The Faith," "I Will Not Be Shaken" and You're So Lovely."  The project is an awesome production from Zandra and I have enjoyed listening to to it several times.  I beleive that you will enjoy it too!  For more information visit Zandra's website at www.zandrabrown.com.
