As most of us in the SG Music Forum office have often said we love getting new music from groups that we have never heard of and we have discovered a great number of groups that way!  One of the more recent such project we received is from a group called Heaven Sound and they have a great sound.

"It's Enough" is a great start to the project.  The upbeat song is a great song of celebration of the Christian Faith.  "On The Horizon" is another upbeat song that talks of that great day we go to Heaven.  I love that subject and this song covers it well.  The next song on the project is titled "I'm Going Through" and this song is a familiar one.  Heaven Sound does a fine job with it.

Group member Snoopy Stanley wrote the next song and "I'm Looking For The Son" is the title song of the project as well.  The subject of the song is about going Home to Heaven!  "Silver And Gold" is an upbeat song that you will enjoy.  Another popular song in Southern Gospel Music is next and Heaven Sound does a great job on "He'd Have To Walk Through The Blood."  One of my all-time favorite groups is Heaven Bound and I love their song "I Know My God Can Do It."  Heaven Sound tackles that song next and they do a great job on that wonderful Jeff Gibson song.  I really enjoyed it.

When it comes to classic songs in Southern Gospel Music they don't get much better than "I'll Have A New Life."  That is the next song on the project and you will enjoy this version.  "Most Of All" is a song that I don't think I have ever heard before but I love it.  The message of this slow ballad is exceptional and the delivery of the song from Heaven Sound is excellent.  Another song from the pen of group member Snoopy Stanley is next and the group closes out the project with "When We Get To Heaven."  This song is also the group's current radio single.  It's another great song about going to Heaven.

Heaven Sound is a talented group that has recorded a very good project here.  The group has chosen a nice mix of old and new songs and the songs written by Snoopy Stanley are quite exceptional.  My favorite songs from the project are "I Know My God Can Do It," "I'm Looking For The Son" and "Most Of All."  This group seems to handle Southern Gospel Music well and this project will bring a blessing to a lot of people.  For more information on this talented group, visit their website www.heaven-sound.com.
