New Season
is another group that is pretty close to
our offices here in Lancaster, PA.
The group is from nearby Hanover, PA
and, even though I had never heard of
them to this point, they are a very
talented group in our state!
"I'm Walkin'
On" is the first song on the project and
it's a good start to the project.
It reminds us that we are walking on
grace and mercy while walking with the
Lord! "I'll Consider My Source" is
a song that is familiar in Southern
Gospel Music. New Season's version
is a good one. A great Mark Bishop
song is next as New Season sings "I Can
See Forever From Here."
The next
song on the project is the great Gold
City hit, "John Saw." "Holy City
New Jerusalem" is the next song and it's
a wonderful song about Heaven.
Phil Cross has written a bunch of great
songs and "Hope Has Hands" is a very
good one. New Season does a nice
job on the song. "Promises One By
One" picks up the tempo a lot and it's a
great song about the promises of God.
"Isn't It
Grace" is a beautiful song that will
bless you as it speaks of the power of
God's Grace and just how amazing that
grace is. Another Mark Bishop song
is next as New Season sings "God Still
Moves." The final song on the
project is a former Kingsmen hit written
by Squire Parsons titled "You're Not
Alone." That is a great song that
still has a wonderful message.
New Season
seems to be a talented group with some
good potential. They have a nice
selection of mostly recognizable songs
on this project and all of them have
good vocal presentations. My
favorite songs from the project are
"Isn't It Grace," "Promises One By One"
and "You're Not Alone." The
project is a good effort from New
Season. For more information on
