Final Harvest
Final Harvest is a ladies trio based in Rochester, NY and they still have dates available for 2017!!!! The message of Final Harvest: God will send to His Church an unquenchable fire. The wind of the Holy Spirit will cause it to burn hotter than on the day of Pentecost, and spread rapidly. It will spread with fury and devour all that is not holy. Then He will send the latter rain, wash away the dross, refresh and make new. The Glory of the Lord will be seen by the entire world and manifested through His Church. There begins the end time harvest.

The Morris Trio sent their latest Christmas Project to our offices for review and we were pleased to get it!  The songs are great and the Morris Trio does a fine job singing them.

"O Come All Ye Faithful" is about as traditional as it gets when it comes to Christmas Music.  The Morris Trio starts off with this song and they have a wonderful arrangment of it.  The next song on the project is "Gloria."  I have always know this song as "Angels We Have Heard On High" but no matter what you call it, you will love this song.  "The First Noel" is one of my favorite Christmas Carols and they guys do an awesome job singing the song on this project.

"It Came Upon A Midnight Clear" continues the parade of traditional Christmas Carols.  It's another outstanding performance by this group.  Getting away from the Christmas Carols and going with a traditional Christmas Carol, the Morris Trio tackles "It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" next and you will enjoy this version of this great song.  One of the most beautiful Christmas Songs is "O Holy Night."  This version of the song is a very good one.  The next song on the project is "He Came Here For Me."  I can honestly say that I have never heard this song.  The message was great and the performance from the Morris Trio was very good.

Next on the project is a medley of "Hark The Herald Angels Sing" and "Carol Of The Bells."  Two very good songs that these guys do a great job on.  Two of my favorite Christmas Songs are next in a medley with "Deck The Halls" and "White Christmas."  I enjoyed this version of the songs.  The final song on the project is a song that I have never heard on a Southern Gospel Christmas Recording.  "Please Come Home For Christmas" is the title of the song and you will enjoy this version.

Most Christmas Music is easily recognized and sometimes it is hard to stand out.  The arrangements on this recording are very good and help to showcase the great vocal ability of the Morris Trio.  The project mixes a nice array of Christmas Carols with other traditional Christmas Songs.  My favorite songs on the project are "The First Noel," "It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" and the medley of "Deck The Halls" and "White Christmas."  The project was very enjoyable and will help get you in the Christmas Spirit!
