 Nashville, TN - Multi-talented vocal group, Mercys Well recently completed work on a brand new recording, which will go on-sale in retail stores nationwide on October 7 from New Day Christian Distributors. The recording, produced by veteran Mercys Well producer Donna Beauvais, marks the trios first Christmas recording and featurs the groups rich vocals, accompanied by pianist Tim Akers, whos long list of credits includes Rascal Flatts, SHeDAISY and LeAnn Rimes.This latest recording, December: Hymns Where The Story Began, serves as the follow-up release to the very popular Hymns: Stories For Life, Stories That Live CD, which featured the groups first major national radio hit song, Nothing But The Blood (Still Saves The Lost). The new Christmas release, like the groups debut Hymns recording, features the groups rich vocal harmony, accompanied by piano and cello. Recording December: Hymns Where The Story Began fulfills a lifelong dream of each group member. Words cannot express how excited I was to finally work on a Christmas album, states group leader Brad Strider. I approached our producer, Donna Beauvais, with the thought of continuing our Hymns series with a Christmas Hymns recording. Needless to say, she jumped at the opportunity and the result is amazing. This album captures the true spirit and sacredness of this amazing holiday we celebrate. I am thrilled and excited for everyone to hear this album. It is indeed special.
